@Matthew Ingerson I agreed with his perception of 'Democracy in the workplace' 
as being the equivalent of mob rule. If an entrepreneur 
operates a business for a few years and grows to to the point 
where he wants to hire a couple people, today he can offer a wage 
for service. Voluntary exchange by both parties.How is this situation handled if employees vote on how the 
business operates? The entrepreneur made the initial investment of time and money to establish and grow the business.
The idea that by virtue of accepting a wage, an employee is entitled to determine the 
future of the business by voting on what will be produced, how it 
will be produced, and working conditions is nonsensical.You made a fair point when you said 
you don't want to work for a organizations run by a minority.
If someone else decides they don't want the hassle of ownership responsibilities, 
why deny them their choice?
