Worlds Collide In Which Ascendance to Godhood is Acheived Through Conquest Me My greatest offensive strengths at the start lie in my ability to dominate and convert enemies to my side, and using scry to target enemies with the portal. On the defensive, I'm terribly hard to kill, and throughout the fight I'll bring in reinforcements. I'm far from invulnerable, but with a little luck and the assistance of my lieutenants I'll make it through the opening months of the war and prepare for the long, drawn out war that concludes with the goddess of creation added as the final jewel to my harem. Lieutenants The Builder - Bright-eyed and full of energy, this lieutenant likes making things, from weapons to fortifications. She's smaller than most of her kin, in part to fit in small spaces for repairs and surveying, but also beacuse it suits the bubbly, 'innocent' personality this title applies to its recipient. That said, she's stronger than she looks and with enough force behind them all of her building and blacksmithing tools are formidible weapons. As the war progresses, the title will come with bubble-gum pink hair, emerald-green eyes, and almost florescently bright red skin to mark her from her peers. She's a flustered mess in the bedroom, but appreciates riding bareback for the opportunity it gives to make new workers and soldiers. Otherwise, she just wants to know she's appreciated. The Madam - My first consort, the Madam is a slimly built sadist with a monstrous libido. Once my harem really starts filling out, her primary job will be making sure every girl is ready to serve in the ways she knows I like, and she'll be happpy to provide any 'encouragement' they might need to meet her exacting standards. As I gather more power throughout the war, I'll eventually give her the power to reshape the harem and our children into more pleasing (or deadly) forms. She'll also get a tattoo to mark her station above the rest of the members of my harem. Until we've acquired some pretty things for her to apply her attentions to, she'll be happy to serve in the bedroom herself to sate that hefty libido. As the war presses on and she has more work to do, she'll really take to bossing the girls around - but she'll also learn to love bearing new children for the empire. The General - A towering woman meant to spend extended time on the front lines, directing the armies in my bid for conquest, the General also excels at acquiring captives and information. 'Honor' isn't her goal - victory is, by any means necessary. She's also got the authority (and desire) to play roughly with her toys. Her loyalty to the cause is beyond question, or being brought into question - a necessity, given the amount of time she'll spend out of my direct influence. After the initial defensive plays, we'll add Blood magic to her bag of tricks, helping her hunt down escaped captives or giving her an edge as the stronger, more organized heroes array themselves against her. She'll also start keeping the troops in line more firmly, though whether this is out of strategic demand or her devotion to ensuring the army looks its best for me might vary from holder to holder of the title. While she prefers to be on the delivery side of punishment, the General values strength, and when she's home from the front lines she's not above getting a physical reminder of why she worships her king - worship that she's very good at. The Operative - In many ways the opposite of the General - designed to operate at away from me for only short periods of time, and commanding no more than a squad rather than armies. She's a living weapon and wanton sadist, and she enjoys nothing more than bringing her conquests home to enjoy together with her king. A large part of her duties will involve use of the portal facility, and of all my minions she will have the strongest, most advanced of the weapons and armor that come from the Labs. As the war progresses, I'll give her enhanced speed and stealth, as well as my own deadly skill at using webs to entrap and manipulate enemies. The Operative is a terror in bed, lacking the skill and finesse of many of the other lieutenants but making up for it with inventive cruelty. She'll be more interested in forcing others to please me in front of her (or to please us both) than she will in trying to satisfy my desires herself. The High Preistess - At the beginning of the war, more of a seige engine and devoted *** symbol than a proper lieutenant, the High Preistess title will grow the furthest over the course of the war. Until the Black Chapel is finally built, her only real duties will be ***, and leveling walls and defensive fortifications during sieges through slow but powerful calamity magic. Once the chaple is built and the other lieutenants reach the apex of their growth, I'll start dumping more power (political and magical) into the role, essentially turning her into a visible symbol of the growth of my power as her own increases as well. She'll eventually command the Inquistion. In bed, she'll begin very vanilla, but as my conquests mount she'll take on more and more deviancies, debasing herself before me and making others debase themselves before her. The Spark - The leader of the laboratory, this bookish minion will develop the weapons and talents needed to secure victory in a plane where every hand is turned against us. When we're out of the woods and finally taking the offensive to our enemies, she'll get an additional boost of intelligence to help push breakthroughs out faster. Once the basics are taken care of, she'll move into stranger, more esoteric areas of study, requiring siginificant resources for questionable projects - but when they bear fruit, they're a roaring success. Her service in the bedroom is much more vanilla than any of the other lieutenants, but no less appreciated. Sometimes simple pleasures are all you need. The Tormented Trapmaster - Emilia dared betrayal, perhaps expecting I would take the time to deal with other foes first. But she knows too much about me, and the insult is too great. She took silver from my treasury to be used in the defense of my lands and spent it on frivolity and a petty temper tantrum. It will not stand. Death would be easy, but serves no purpose - instead, she will serve as a reminder to my minions that disloyalty carries a sting that can last for eons. I can't risk her trying to run again, so some enforced, zealous loyalty and an obession with my person will keep her from harboring any more thoughts of rebellion. Her punishment, though, is to be left unbearably horny and unable to fulfill the need - along with a host of demeaning new fetishes that will ensure she not only learns her place, but thoroughly enjoys being taught it. So the position isn't entirely wasted, I'll have her design all the traps I had planned to use the silver she stole to install - as long as one of them leaves her in a Sensation room, grealy enhancing the libido of all who enter it, so that they'll use her up until exhaustion overtakes them. The War As soon as we land and Emilia turns up missing, I'm going to start scrying for her. I can't let her make contact with any of the natives to exchange information, or things will get a lot harder. Once she's found, and the portal is set up, the Operative is going to go retrieve her for me - and not gently. Afterwards, I'll send the Builder to clean up the ruins and collect whatever can be salvaged for soulsilver while I see to Emilia's 'reeducation'. Next up, before the forces of light can organize and array themselves against me, are Nellie Jay and Himiko - both look like soft, poorly defended targets with very useful skills to teach me or my forces. The intelligence and ensanring Racials will be espeically useful, as I expect the sudden disappearance of both of them will lead to vastly increased protection for the others. Next up is Oshun. Trickster goddesses are extremely hard to pin down, but the new boost of intelligence for all my forces should make them harder to fool and better able to adapt to sudden changes in circumstances. Scrying is probably hard to get reliable readings on, but through that and thorough interrogation of her subordinates when they're found I'll hopefully be able to pin down a location to strike. This is the first really hard test of my power - she's a goddess, and even if direct force isn't her field of expertise she's still going to be strong. I'll take the field alongside the Operative and the General for this one, to see through illusions and bind her down with sword and sorcery. At some point during all of this, Saya will need to be found and... dealt with? I might just befriend or seduce her. She's not a threat so much as a curiousity, but I'm at the limits of my ability to re-inforce the lieutenant templates and I want the Operative to be stronger. Once Oshun is mine, things get a lot easier. Invading heroes can be fooled with illusory duplicates and traps, while Oshun can advise on tactics to trick our enemies when she's not warming my bed. Medea's capture will deprive the enemy of valuable intel, and I'm sure the General will find her very useful in the field. Carmilla's demise will give me the resources I need to activate the Suppression field, making my sanctum secure and preventing the forces of light from ending the war though assassination. After that, it's a drawn out campaign, taking and fortifying positions and using the Portal to send my now-stealthy operative out to retreive high-value targets. The realm itself will start growing, slowly extending my direct power out over lands I've conquered. I expect the next major hurdle to be Minerva - I'll need Oshun's help for the General trick her into a situation in which victory is impossible, then lure her into submission to save her army rather than herself. At this point I can take contracting, and as whatever coalition army was arrayed against me reels over the loss of the goddess of victory I can offer them the choice of Gengis Khan - submit themselves to my rule, encourage the worship of me as a living god, and tithe a certain percentage of their army to my service, and I'll let the rest of them live out their lives in relative peace. Refuse, and I'll roll over their cities and forcibily convert everyone who survives into brain-damaged thralls for cannon fodder. Once they make their decision, it'll be enforced through Contracts - or armies. After that it's just mopping up. The heroes will be a thorn in my side, but we'll collect them bit by bit until eventually only the goddess of creation and whatever final bastion of her most powerful allies and worshippers remain. I'll show up in person for this one, with all of my lieutenants and personal conquests in tow, to offer her an option - fight a hopeless last stand in which every one of her faithful winds up dead or converted, or sign herself over to me so they'll be spared. With the entirety of my strength at her doorstep, I think she'll choose to sign.
