I even sent this email to GrayFox months ago before a lot more situations arised and lot more abuse came about, and the result of this email was just a "talking to" of course "Good evening GrayFox, Let me start off by thanking you for taking the initiative and listening to this feedback. Ultimately the goal here is to make Rollbit the best community there is out of all other online casinos. A good place to start would be by repeating my comment I shared with you in discord dms which states: "The entire mod team is losing complete credibility with the player base just because of Viva and Romix being immature, short tempered, and having no patience, as well as just making poor decisions with punishments, comments and general behavior entirely". Please see the screenshots below. https://gyazo.com/6601b0bc31d5c927a31c14422362aadb?token=69ba62ff9ca706d78bc5a569c5945dcd This had happened moments ago (at the time I began constructing this message), and he was deleting what he said as things went on, but my friend was able to capture these screenshots before he deleted them. This is a complete lack of respect and professionalism. I understand he’s only 18, however, he should have more professionalism and maturity, being in the position he is in. Joking about having dads abandoning their children is a complete lack of tact, and Rollbit should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this kind of behavior not only by a player, but by a mod, as I'm sure you would agree with as well. Also, this is obviously an 18+ site. Moderators, especially, have to have thicker skin. So let's get to his abuse of mutes and punishments. https://gyazo.com/d62c9d61afd31b7a8e7fa7d47aba7259 Here is him muting a player for 3 hours simply for making a joke and talking back to him, with even random players confused saying "Viva makes up his own rules as he goes along" His mute times are unbelievably irrational, I've seen players muted for 30 days just for disrespecting Viva once without warning. He's 18, but he shouldn't be that soft at that age. #1. https://gyazo.com/95abd6c9e8924225600e375fba089d04 #2 https://gyazo.com/1451bcde3a97f2956b204d250c96fc4a #3 https://gyazo.com/0c598241d31736aab5ccdfbcee570b46?token=8bec6e48c8855a7a5bd1e2dd37afa07e All 3 of these screenshots are sequential. Viva states "I haven't muted someone for 2 weeks in a long time" which is false, less than 7 days ago he muted "DrRespect1" for 30 days just for disrespecting him with one comment. Go check his mute logs for that one, DrRespect1 said "Viva suck my c**k" and got muted for 30 days for just that one disrespectful comment. So there’s an example of him lying there, he throws around 30 day mutes like it's nothing. Secondly, he has all this power and uses it to the fullest and players are obviously very upset in this screenshot as Viva states "He disrespected me". So it’s okay that Viva can just slam a 2 week mute on anyone for saying one disrespectful comment towards them? Disrespectful comments are thrown back and forth on the chat all day long. At least a warning should be made before jumping to a 2 week mute. Also, he is displaying his “entitlement” since he is a mod and people only get muted for disrespecting him. In the next screenshot, Viva displays that he allows others to harass or insult others with warning. But when it comes to him, it’s an automatic mute for an unrealistic amount of time. https://gyazo.com/876fc2bdab084ca671386c1fed021505 Mods are supposed to enforce chat rules, not abuse punishment, power and be passive aggressive. He is exceptionally disliked in the community. Most players agree that he is power hungry, If you were to go around and ask the community about him, everyone would give their opinion along the lines of "he's a d**khead that sucked up for a while to look good for mod and got mod". People are frustrated and feel like the position is just given out to anyone. I've heard people complain about him left and right. His age is fine, but behavior and actions associated with his personality are not. Rollbit is going to become the largest crypto casino out there, and with the right team, the sky's the limit. Lacking professionalism and abusing power to an extent where players are angry and leaving to play elsewhere is not okay, no matter how much they bet. Let’s be honest here - whales are not Rollbit’s bread and butter. Everyday, modest bettors are Rollbit’s bread and butter. A large amount of modest bettors will outweigh a handful of whales, always (as far as revenue goes for the company). He has had more than enough slaps on the wrist. My professional opinion would be to make an example out of him so that this is stopped dead in its tracks and does not continue to happen. Not only with Viva, but with other current mods and new mods to come in the future. An appropriate example to make out of Viva would be to relieve him of his duties indefinitely. He doesn’t use his privileges appropriately and the players are expressing that left and right. What will it take for a mod to be dealt with appropriately before something more serious comes about? He has already displayed his lack of professionalism, to the point of it happening every single shift he’s on (and that is not an exaggeration). Unfortunately, this issue has been passed around from support member to support member like it’s a football with no action being taken. I want players to be happier and enjoy playing on Rollbit without the constant abuse of power. Let’s be honest here, players are upset enough as it is when they are losing money. Then they go to chat and watch and comment on the constant abuse of power that takes place. He is causing much more harm than help in the community, and that saddens me because Rollbit truly is the best online casino out there, and it’s only a matter of time before more and more people start to take interest and permanently move over to Rollbit. I'm going to keep straight with you GrayFox; Viva has got to go. He lacks the maturity and professionalism for the position he's in and the power that he holds. If he isn’t held accountable and made an example of, after all of this, we (the players) are going to continue the speculation of the staff team "being a dictatorship". Viva is so confident that he can do whatever he wants. He continuously says “contact support then :)” which comes across as him being completely passive aggressive, and saying “go right ahead, nobody is going to do anything about it, I’m untouchable”. Rollbit staff should be respected, not feared. I want to thank you for taking the time to hear me out and hopefully pursue action against the current issues at hand. To note, I spent previous summers majoring in Business Administration, I have already built up a lot of respect amongst everyday players and am somewhat known, being a twitch moderator for a few semi-large "slot" streamers that average around 200 viewers at all times of streaming. I would honorably accept any offer Rollbit may potentially offer, and set a higher standard for everyone to overall make Rollbit a better place to play. Nobody is perfect, however, pursuing perfection should never be put to the side. Again, thank you for taking the time to hear me out, and please let me know if you have any questions. I am happy to answer them. I am also willing to continue to send more examples as they arise (and others I have archived), but hopefully that will not be necessary once this issue is addressed and handled. There are plenty more instances of Romix abusing as well like shown in the Youtube video with him making up his own rules similar to a screenshot my friend captured where he directly states "my rules". Thankful that my buddy was able to capture all the screenshots above. https://gyazo.com/ab68afec2ec443700072085a9653131e But I suppose Viva is the entire topic of this message, so Romix is for another day. Nothing against him as a person, I've just heard too many vocal complaints on Rollbits discord of people complaining that they've reached out to support and nothing has been done regarding all this abuse so I had to take further action. All the best, Jack/ReachAces jackklebba890@gmail.com ReachAces#2989 on discord"
