Running this game in DOSBox’s is very unusual and can cause a lot of problems, so it is strongly recommended to do everything as described in this manual.
1. Unzip the archive into, for example, D: \ - the Mr. folder will appear Tomato. Rename it to Tomato.
2. Launch DOSBox and enter the following commands:
Mount C D: \ Tomato
Mount D D: \ Tomato –t cdrom
D:
INSTALUJ.exe
The fact is that the game requires installation without fail, so you need to mount the folder with it as a CD-ROM (which we did on the second line) and run the installation file from there.
The entire installation program, of course, is also in Polish, but nothing needs to be read.
On the first screen, just press Enter.
On the second, you will be prompted to install the game in C: \ Avalon \ MRT. Disagree and erase all the letters in the installation directory, leaving just C: \ there (use the cursor key with the right arrow to move the blinking cursor to the end of the inscription and then press Backspace until only C: \ remains on the screen). Press Enter; installation takes one second. After that, you will be prompted to configure the graphics of the game (second menu item) and sound card (first menu item); menu navigation is carried out by cursor arrows, selection confirmation - Enter’s. In the second paragraph, it is better not to change anything, in the first it is better to choose Sound Blaster and agree with all the parameters proposed below.
After automatically returning to the menu, highlight the third menu item and press Enter to save the parameters, then do the same with the fourth menu item to exit the installer.
On the black screen you will see D: \ and you will have to write MRT_NEW.exe: the game is launched ONLY through this * .exe file and ONLY directly from the CD-ROM.
The procedure for subsequent launches of the game includes the following commands:
Mount C D: \ Tomato
Mount D D: \ Tomato –t cdrom
