Lhon This man complains of hypochondrial discomfort intermittently for 5 months, aggravated by meals and lying laterally. No history of jaundice or pruritus. He complains of increased body heat sometimes. He has bloating and flatulence, associated with diarrhea, relieved by IBS medications. Heartburn and regurgitation occasionally, no dysphagia, good appetite. No BPR, no melena, there is 10 kg weight gain in the last 5 months. OGD was done for him several months ago, which was normal. PMH: -ve PSH: -ve Drug Hx: IBS med; NKDA. FH: -ve SH: 30 pack year smoker.
