New Chain Reward System After a long and intense process, we, as the management, decided to reorganize the chain reward system. As Dead or Alive we have never been a laid-back faction and we are determined not to be one. That's why we want to test a system that we think will ensure that every member who fulfils his/her responsibility gets as much benefit as possible, rather than just rewarding top hitters in chains. How it works? Except for the members who have a valid excuse and shared this excuse with the management before the chain, we expect everyone to contribute 1% when the chain is completed. In a 25k chain, this 1% responsibility is 250 hits. We are aware that some of our members reach this figure in almost every chain, but we are also aware some of our members cannot reach it. In order to increase everyone's desire and care towards chains, we have decided to introduce a $50,000 reward system for each hit over 250 hits. For example, you scored 412 hits on the chain targeted at 25k. 412 - 250 = 162 162 x 50.000 = 8.100.000 This is the reward you will earn if you meet the other conditions we expect from you. "Other conditions" sounds a little tricky, doesn't it? No need to worry at all, the other terms are little things that most of you already do, but there are just couple members who are having tiny issues. What if chain breaks? If a chain does not reach the goal, whether it being 25k or 50k, not all is lost. Of course, we do not want this to happen but at the end of the day we chained and earned respect. Therefore, all your efforts for the chain will not be in vain and you will still get your reward accordingly for that broken chain. Other conditions For a member to win the reward; 1) The average respect per hit must be over 4.50 2) Mug count must be less than 10% of his/her total hits. The rewards will be credited to the faction balance of each member who meets the 2 conditions above. If you need more details feel free to ask!
