CC Upper spacing, LL3 lingually ectopic 
posterior crossbite due to skeletal width discrepancy - posterior crossbite will not be corrected. 
Generalized bone loss horizontal. - incisors proclined as a result of bone loss. 
Pt missing UL56, space will not be closed. will need future restoration e.g bridge. multiple abfraction present - advise pt to have dentist monitor. 
Tx plan: Alignment ONLY - no bite correction.  u/l limited braces, 18 months. Flip U2-2 brackets
First visit, bond UR4 to UL67 and IPR U2-2
2nd visit: bond L6-6, IPR L2-2. OCS LL3 
may need pretorque wire Upper  and incisal bypass pc to reduce upper incisor proclination.
