I think what you said made a lot of sense. However, what about this?
suppose you added a little content? I mean, I don't wish 
to tell you how to run your blog, however suppose you added something that grabbed people's attention? I mean TextBin is a little boring.
You might look at Yahoo's front page and watch how they create article titles to get people to click.
You might add a related video or a pic or two to grab readers excited about everything've 
written. In my opinion, it could bring your website a little livelier.
