Having moved to Perth 7 years ago with  idea of staying  rooted and starting family was on my priority list. Being with Bw gave me opportunity  of achieving that good work –life balance ratio. What I like most working here  is great comradery among colleagues ,supportive environment  and of course flexible work options . Having pushed in right direction by my leaders to take up challenges beyond my role through motivation and encouragement has always been amped up factor for my personal growth.
It is inspiring to see growth of  female leadership and gender diverse initiatives supported actively by senior leadership . When you value diversity , you encourage diverse  idea exchange accelerating organisational growth this resonates so well with Bw culture . It definitely answers  my question ‘Would you recommend Bw as a place to work’ . The answer is obvious !!
