            "FREE Cancellation service is valid only on selected train tickets booked on redRail by redBus.",
            "Booking must be canceled before the chart preparation to avail the benefits of Free Cancellation.",
            "Chart preparation time for any ticket is governed by rules and regulations prescribed by IRCTC/Indian Railways. redRail is not liable for any discrepancy arising out of timing of chart preparation.",
            "Free Cancellation will only safeguard the booking from cancellation charges levied by IRCTC. Free cancellation premium, redRail agent fee ,IRCTC convenience fee and PG charges (if any) are non - refundable once the booking is done. These charges will not be refunded for a ticket where Free Cancellation service was opted.",
            "The “Free Cancellation” amount may change if the ticket fare or ticket status (AVL/WL/RAC) changes before the final payment at the time of booking tickets.",

Please note that, free cancellation will only ensure 100% refund of ticket fare. Other fixed charges like agent fee, free cancellation fee , IRCTC convenience fee , PG charges are non refundable."

                "ans": "Customer must cancel booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled train departure or before the chart preparation (whichever is earlier), to avail full refund of ticket fare."

                "ans": "Refunds will be credited into your original mode of payment. Full refund of ticket fare will be initiated automatically at the time of ticket cancellation."

                "ans": "In case of UPI payments, refund will be credited within 24 hours. In case of other payment methods, it might take up to 5-7 business working days for the amount to reflect in your account."
