Persuasive Essay #1: Rough Draft
Many students each year are passed by their teachers even though they failed the class and retained no important knowledge. Teachers should allow more students to fail because many students cheat through their studies and some do not care about school enough so they are very disrespectful in class.
Many students cheat in class from their classmates or get answers from online. I always see many students cheat blatantly and they do not deserve to pass, especially when they didn’t put in the hard work that other people did. It wouldn’t be fair if they passed with a 100 on a test through cheating when someone who genuinely studied and worked hard got a 95.
Some students don’t care about school enough to care, and cause trouble in classes. They can be unruly and want attention by being loud, talking to other students, and not paying attention in class. These types of behavior should not be tolerated and they should not be allowed to pass.
Since many students cheat in school and some don’t even care about school, teachers should be able to fail them. Parents should educate their children more and students need to do better in school.
