1. intimidation of a witness to prevent witness from coming forward as a witness to police.

2. beibg party to a conspiracy to abduct and murder a witness.

3. being party to an attempt to abduct and murder a witness.


Stuart Cripps guilty of one count of witnes tampering -

1. Doing an act (in person) that intimidates a witness.
