The basic syntax is restrain . To restrain another person, you must have shackles (restraint type objects). Shackles vary from ropes to manacles and sometimes take a key. If the victim is incapacitated, the shackle is automatically worn by him. The victim will also start following you. If the victim is not incapacitated, he will get a threaded dialogue where he must submit to be restrained. To fight back, a victim must initiate combat within 10 minutes; otherwise, the arrest will auto-succeed. Until the victim submits, the restrainer is incapacitated, the victim successfully flees in combat, or the restrainer types clr or restrain cancel to remove the restrain attempt, the victim cannot leave the room. Once restrained, the victim cannot move. Anyone can lead him if no one is already doing so. The victim can be passed to another player (restrain pass ).
