I'll send you two recipes then. One you can make now and one you can hopefully make with your wedding gift! Here's the Air Fryer Recipe. It took me 45 minutes to make cause i suck at kneading dough, but if you're more experienced at it it should only take 20. It also makes a lot of dough about 4 batches in my air fryer so you've got a weeks supply of pretzel bites: Ingredients: Pretzels 2 cups of warm water (110°F) 4 cups of all purpose flour 2 1/2 teaspoons of yeast 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of sugar Oil Glaze 8 tablespoons of melted butter Pretzel salt or kosher salt (Most large flaking salts will do or just regular salt if you don't have any) Instructions 1. Add the warm water to a bowl. 2. Add the yeast to the water and whisk it together. Set aside. 3. Grab a large bowl and mix together the flour, sugar and salt. 4. Pour the water-yeast mixture into the flour mix and stir until a dough forms. 5. On a floured countertop, knead the dough until it's no longer sticky. I recommend the slap and fold method. You just pick up the dough slap it on the counter then fold it in on itself. Repeat until it's not very sticky. But do whatever works for you. 6. Shape the dough into a ball and divide it into 8 equal sized pieces (like a pizza). 7. Roll the pieces into 8 ropes. 8. Slice the ropes into 1 inch long pieces. 9. Lightly grease the air fryer with oil 10. Place the pretzel bites in the basket giving them about 2 centimeters to expand. Brush them with melted butter until they're fully coated on top (No need to brush the bottom. 11. Cook for 7 minutes at 400°F or until lightly brown on top. 12. Remove from air fryer and transfer them to a bowl with a lid when they're slightly cooled. 13. Sprinkle the pretzel salt to taste in the bowl and pour the remaining butter into the bowl. Put the lid on the bowl (if you don't have one just cover it with a plate) and shake it until the pretzel bites are well coated. Drain the remaining butter and enjoy. If you want less butter and salt you can also place the pretzel bites into a plate when they're slightly cooled and brush them with as much butter as you like. Then you can sprinkle on the pretzel salt and enjoy.
