Start game (login page) -> Help -> Customer Service -> Back arrow "<" (top left corner) -> Dropdown menu (☰) in top left corner -> scroll down to the bottom of the blue dropdown menu to find your DID number
(Please note that the DID is device specific, therefore it does not matter which account you are logged into when retrieving the DID)
